All Points Concrete Delivery LLC
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These policies apply to all concrete deliveries, concrete pumping services, material sales, and related services provided by All Points Concrete Delivery LLC (“All Points,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
All delivery dates and times are estimates and are subject to availability, traffic, weather, equipment availability, mechanical conditions, material availability, jobsite conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
An order is not confirmed until it has been accepted by All Points and the customer has provided all required information, payment details, deposits, credit approval, and acknowledgment of our policies and Terms of Service.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including:
Changes to an order are subject to availability and may result in additional charges or scheduling delays.
The customer is solely responsible for determining the amount of concrete required for the project. Any quantity calculated or suggested by All Points, including quantities generated by an online calculator, is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
All Points is not responsible for shortages, overages, incorrect measurements, variations in excavation depth, forms, subgrade conditions, spillage, waste, pump-line loss, or errors in the customer’s calculations.
If additional concrete is required, another delivery is subject to truck availability, minimum-order requirements, delivery fees, mileage charges, and current pricing.
Customers are charged for the actual quantity produced or delivered, subject to applicable minimum-order requirements.
A minimum order of three cubic yards generally applies to deliveries within a 30-mile round trip.
A minimum order of five cubic yards generally applies to deliveries beyond a 30-mile round trip.
Minimum-order requirements may vary depending on job location, scheduling, mix design, delivery conditions, and equipment requirements. The applicable minimum will be confirmed when the order is scheduled.
Prices, fuel surcharges, material costs, pumping rates, minimum orders, delivery charges, and other fees are subject to change.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, additional charges may include:
Any estimate is based on the information available when it is prepared. Final charges will be based on the services performed, actual quantity produced, time spent at the jobsite, materials used, travel distance, and additional services requested or required.
A customer may cancel a concrete delivery or pumping service for a non-weather-related reason at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without a cancellation fee.
A non-weather cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will result in the following charges:
A customer may cancel because of weather at least three hours before the scheduled delivery time without a cancellation fee.
A weather-related cancellation made less than three hours before the scheduled delivery time will result in the following charges:
Weather at the jobsite, expected weather, ground conditions, and whether the customer wishes to proceed are the customer’s responsibility. A forecast of rain does not automatically cancel an order.
If a truck or concrete pump has already been dispatched, is traveling to the jobsite, or has arrived at the jobsite, the customer is responsible for:
If concrete production has begun, the customer is responsible for all concrete produced and related disposal or cleanup expenses.
Failure to have the jobsite ready, accessible, properly staffed, or prepared at the scheduled time may be treated as a late or on-site cancellation.
The customer must have the jobsite completely ready before the scheduled delivery, including forms, reinforcement, labor, tools, permits, inspections, pump setup, access, lighting, and washout area.
The customer must provide enough qualified workers to place and finish the concrete safely and promptly.
All Points is not responsible for delays caused by:
Unless otherwise stated on the customer’s quote or order confirmation, the first 60 minutes at the jobsite are included. Waiting time exceeding 60 minutes may be charged at $2 per minute, per truck.
Waiting time begins when the truck arrives at or near the delivery location and is ready to provide service. Waiting time includes delays caused by jobsite access, inspections, labor, forms, pumps, equipment, placement speed, customer instructions, or any other jobsite condition.
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, stable, level, adequately compacted, and legally accessible route for all trucks, pumps, trailers, and equipment.
Concrete trucks and pumping equipment are extremely heavy. Soil, grass, sand, gravel, shell, driveways, sidewalks, culverts, pavers, curbs, septic systems, drainage systems, and underground utilities may be damaged by their weight.
All Points is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, lawns, landscaping, pavers, culverts, drainage systems, septic systems, underground utilities, buildings, or other property caused by the normal weight, size, movement, or operation of our vehicles or equipment when access is requested or authorized by the customer.
Once one of our vehicles leaves a public or paved roadway at the customer’s request or with the customer’s authorization, the customer assumes responsibility for the access route, surface conditions, underground conditions, and resulting property damage.
If a truck, pump, trailer, or other equipment becomes stuck, disabled, or unable to exit after leaving the paved roadway, the customer is responsible for:
The customer must pay towing or recovery charges directly when requested or reimburse All Points immediately if All Points pays those charges.
Our drivers and operators have final authority to determine whether access is reasonably safe. They may refuse to enter or continue through any area they consider unsafe. A driver’s decision not to enter an unsafe area does not relieve the customer of applicable delivery, cancellation, waiting-time, or mobilization charges.
The customer must provide a competent spotter whenever a truck is backing, operating near structures, entering a confined area, or traveling through an area with limited visibility.
All Points may rely on directions given by the customer, contractor, superintendent, pump operator, or other person appearing to have authority at the jobsite.
The customer is responsible for damage resulting from incorrect directions, inadequate clearance, concealed conditions, or the failure to provide a competent spotter.
The customer must identify and protect all overhead and underground hazards, including:
All Points may refuse service where proper clearance is not available or where the operator believes a hazard exists.
Unless separately agreed in writing, All Points supplies concrete and related delivery or pumping services only. The customer is responsible for placement, screeding, finishing, curing, sealing, protection, and all construction methods.
All Points is not responsible for:
Concrete naturally varies in appearance, texture, and color. Exact color matching is not guaranteed, particularly between separate loads, different delivery dates, repairs, or concrete produced using different materials.
The customer must communicate slump and mix requirements before production begins.
Any person at the jobsite who requests or authorizes additional water, a slump change, an additive, or any change to the confirmed mix will be considered authorized to act for the customer.
Adding water or changing the mix may affect strength, finish, durability, color, set time, and performance. All Points is not responsible for the effects of water or mix changes requested or authorized at the jobsite.
Any required testing must be performed by a properly qualified and independent testing agency using applicable sampling, handling, curing, and testing standards.
The customer is responsible for scheduling and paying for testing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All Points must receive prompt written notice of any alleged problem and must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the concrete, jobsite, batch records, test specimens, testing procedures, and related work before the concrete is removed, repaired, altered, or covered.
Test results may not be representative if sampling, molding, handling, curing, storage, transportation, or testing was not performed correctly.
Pump rates are generally $175 per hour with a two-hour minimum, unless another rate is stated in writing. Rates are subject to change.
Pump time begins when the pump and operator arrive at the jobsite or at the scheduled start time, whichever occurs first, and continues until the pump and equipment are cleaned and ready to leave.
The customer is responsible for:
The customer must provide a safe, lawful, and accessible washout location for trucks, pumps, chutes, and hoses.
The customer is responsible for all cleanup, environmental, disposal, and property-damage expenses if an adequate washout location is not provided.
All Points is not responsible for staining, splatter, residue, tracking, or damage resulting from concrete placement, pumping, discharge, or washout in an area selected or approved by the customer.
Unless credit terms have been approved in writing, payment is due before delivery or immediately upon completion of service.
The customer authorizes All Points to charge the payment method provided for:
Credit-card processing fees may apply where permitted by law.
Past-due balances may result in suspended service, collection activity, legal action, and the exercise of lien or bond rights where available. The customer is responsible for lawful collection expenses, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees to the extent permitted by law.
Any alleged shortage, billing error, property damage, or service issue must be reported before the truck leaves whenever reasonably possible.
Any claim concerning concrete quality or performance must be reported in writing immediately after discovery. The customer must preserve relevant evidence and allow All Points a reasonable opportunity to inspect and investigate.
Failure to provide prompt notice or an opportunity to inspect may prejudice or prevent the claim.
All Points may refuse, suspend, or discontinue service because of unsafe conditions, abusive or threatening conduct, nonpayment, inaccurate information, unlawful activity, equipment limitations, weather, inadequate access, or any other condition that may create an unreasonable risk.
The customer remains responsible for charges already incurred.
